My style of photography is best described as documentary. Children at play are wonderful to observe because they have the most interesting expressions when they think no one else is looking. Even when it is necessary to pose children or families, I want the result to look as inviting as the environment feels. I want my photography to convey not just an appearance, but the child’s personality and the studio, the space in which they play.
